TF/P Automatic gesso extruder
| Machine designed for the in-line coating of varnish and chalk products on building profiles by implementing extruding system technology processes. It is particularly suited to the finishing of MDF or finger-joint pine profiles on 3 or 4 sides, with profile widths up to 12 inches wide. The specific extrusion technology enables for extremely high quality results at over 300 ft/min production speeds, compared to the vacuum and spray application systems. Designed to meet the ever increasing customer requirements, the TF/P is a very reliable, speedy, silent and powerful machine. Machine set-up is very quickly conducted thanks to the implementation of pneumatic presser wheels driven by a single control unit. Each pressor wheel features its own pressure adjustment device based on millimetric positioning adjustment. Quick 'n easy machine guide setup without additional use of any tools. Cogged belts feature powerful and silent machine transmission. A wide range of optional devices enable machine configuration to accurately meet customer requirements. |
