STORM Vacuum coater for high productivity
| This machine is designed to apply water based and UV acrylic paint products on furniture and building profiles, skirting boards, match boarding, and frames in general, using vacuum system cycles. The paint product application can be applied on 3 or 4 sides or on specific parts of the profile, with complete product recovery. This machine is particularly suitable for surface and finishing application processes involving complete production increase finishing lines. STORM is available in two machine configuration set-ups: - STORM UV for the application of varnished products requiring UV polymerisation processes - STORM WB for the application of water based varnishing products. The STORM WB has the filter cabinet completely covered with non-stick material allowing extremely quick and simple clean up at the end of the shift. |
