KUREX Linear drying oven with UV lamps
| The linear Tunnel mod. KUREX allows the polymerization in line of photosensitive UV radiation varnishing products, applied both with Sprayer, Vacuum and Extruder on frames, moldings and linear profiles by means of special lamps with UV ray emissions. Its main feature is the excellent power of the lamp groups with a reduced IR emission (heating); for this reason the KUREX can be used also to dry profiles for veneered furniture, resinous wood, etc. An electronic device keeps the temperature of each lamp on the optimum value. The cooling system operates independently on each bulb. This is for the maximum UV bulb efficiency and its longest life. This oven can also be equipped with one lower lamp to dry any possible paint dust on the lower side. It can be equipped with more bottom lamps for 4 sides painting applications. |
