IRIDE 300 Automatic Sprayer for high productivity
| The linear Spraying Machine mod. IRIDE 304 and IRIDE 306 has been designed to satisfy the current anti-pollution requirements and for the protection of the working environment. It allows the automatic spraying in line of varnishing products on picture frames, valances, match boarding, door and window parts, furniture elements etc. up to 200 mm wide. A wide spraying booth contains two or three suction vats (made of a special anti-adherent material) where two spraying guns (each vat) can be placed. A special dry filtering device allows the retaining of the dust produced during the spraying phase. A PLC control system, equipped with a big display, checks all the machine functions.Every kind of automatic spraying gun (hvlp, air mix or airless) can be assembled to this machine. |  |
