IRIDE 200 Automatic Sprayer for 9" wide profiles
| The linear Spraying Machines mod. IRIDE 204 and IRIDE 206 have been designed for the spraying application in line of varnishing products on picture frames, valances, match-boardings, door and window parts, furniture elements etc. up to 150 mm wide. Inside the cabin over the spraying area there are two or three suction vats, where two guns (each vat) can be placed. A special dry filtering device allows the retaining of the dust produced during the spraying phase. A check system by PLC, equipped with a big display, controls all the functions of the machine. Every kind of automatic spraying guns ( hvlp, low pressure, air mix or airless) can be assembled to these machines. |  |
