CS-SCS Automatic loader-unloader
| This machine series has been designed to transfer picture frames, mouldings and linear profiles exiting a small dimensioned horizontal buffer area onto automatic transfer lines. The machine allows for the automation of a number of processes such as in-line spraying, extrusion, hot foil stamping, engraving and handling, thus enabling the operator put in charge of the loading to go ahead with the conduction of the subsequent work phases and thereby reducing production costs. This machine range comprises various machine models and dimensions, that are fitted with three or more arms depending on the profile dimensions being handled. The basic CS model is produced in the RT, RTL and RTC model variations: the CS-RT version features a transverse adjustment option along the line axle which enables the feed-in of different width profiles so that they are always kept centred in relation to the transfer mat of the subsequent in-line machine, the CS-RTL version is designed for the handling of L-shaped profiles whereas the CS-RTC version enables handling of wide-sized profiles with simultaneous maintenance of high-speed production performance. |  |
