ACA-ACR Automatic drying trolley stacker-destacker
| This ACA 201is design engineered for the transfer and stacking of moulded profiles such as picture frames, valances, matchboarding, door and window frame components etc. onto arm-equipped drying trolleys. The additional implementation of an ACR machine will provide for automated load flow onto the subsequent work stations. This machine thus enables automation of the in-line spraying, extrusion, hot foiling, engraving and handling station cycles, resulting in increased productivity, line personnel reduction and therefore production cost reductions. The Makor range of handling equipment comprises machines featuring two or more arms, based on profile dimension requirements. In those processes where is required the maximum stability of the profiles, we suggest to use the stacker mod. ACA 201 T equipped with belt conveyors instead of rollers. |
