ACA-ACR Automatic drying trolley stacker-destacker
| This machine has been designed to transfer linear profiles, such as picture frames, valances, matchboarding, door and window parts, along automatic profile transfer lines. The machine enables automation of the in-line finishing and handling processes such as spraying, extrusion, hot foil stamping, engraving and handling, thereby increasing productivity and line personnel reduction with subsequent production cost reductions. A special pneumatic system located within the machine loading arms provides for high production levels. The handling equipment range consists of machines featuring two or more arms, based on profile dimension requirements. The range further provides machines featuring 3 - 4 - 5 arms, implemented according to customer profile dimension requirements. Handling of profile dimensions between 18 inches and 16 feet long, up to 8 inches wide is provided. |
