This extremely flexible machine allows the patina processing and wiping of picture frames or can be used just like a standard sprayer.
It is equipped with a spacious booth, where two large spray vats, the guns, the brushes, and the blowers are placed; an electronic system allows the intermittent spraying in order to create particular effects on the frames. On the out feed of the machine both the patina processing system and a feed belt are located; these units can be selected one by one according to the processes chosen by the customer. The patina-processing group is composed of a support table where the piece is run and of a group where the patina wiping material (such as cloths, cotton wadding, sponge, etc.) is located. This machine is equipped with an electric microprocessor switchboard with electronic dot-staining system.
