The DORA 300 project features a conveyor system fitted with heavy duty steel rollers that push the profile along a non deformable bottom plate for hot foil application. A special guide system located alongside the foiling head guarantees for excellent foiling quality. An electrical motor equipped with an electrically controlled tensioning device provides for foil recovery management, with fast, reliable and easily adjustable rewinding operations. Very quick wheel warm-up is featured, thanks to an infrared (IR) ray resistance unit. The ideal process temperature is kept constant by means of a low thermo inertia sensor. DORA 300 is available with 2 up to 8 and above foiling heads. A wide range of optional features are also available, to aptly cover any further hot foiling demands.
