| Job Description | • Deals with all service and technical issues for all of Makor’s product line. • Will travel to visit customers on-site to install new machinery and teach the proper operation. • Will often travel on-site to perform maintenance and make repairs to the customer’s machines. • At the office the Service Technician will take customers' calls, give technical support over the phone and ship replacement parts to the customers. • Will perform scheduled tests with customers in our test lab in Atlanta. |
| Candidate Profile | We are looking for someone with some mechanical and electrical experience. A multilingual person is not required, but can benefit the company greatly. The candidate must be willing and eager to learn about our products. The person hired will be factory trained in Italy by the Technical Staff and receive experience with the machines on the production line. The candidate must also be willing to travel often. Once trained, the Service Technician will be required to spend half of his working time at the office and half time traveling. |
